ULMS RACING GEARS UP FOR SHOWS
For the second straight year, ULMS Racing Series
will join McKean County Raceway at the Kinzua Outdoor Show this Friday and
Saturday at the Bradford Mall in Bradford, PA. Both MCR and ULMS Racing Series
will have 2008 schedules on hand.
The Kinzua Outdoor Show starts Friday at 4pm till
9pm and the cost to enter is $2.00. Saturday will be the busiest day of the
two-day show and the show hours are from 9am till 6pm.
MCR will have a big display featuring Ryan Bright
and his 2008 Emod along with Bob Close, the defending two-time ULMS Late Model
Champion will have his new 2008 Close Lumber Company, CRS Racing, Malcuit Racing
Engines, GRT dirt late model on display as well. Bert Cleer will also have
weekly MCR FASTRAK Late Model on hand as well. Young, Damien Bidwell also has
his sharp looking street stock on display.
ULMS rounds out the month of February and kicks off
March at the 26th Annual R&R Motorsports Expo at the Olean Center Mall in
Olean, NY. The annual event brings out thousands of winter starved race fans to
see all the new race cars for the upcoming season. Al Brewer will have his Emod
on display at the ULMS Racing Series booth for the fans to look at. Other ULMS
and United Emod Series racers that are expected to be part of the R&R
Motorsports Expo are: Bob Close and Al Brewer with their ULMS late models,
Justin Tatlow, Ryan Bright and Brewer with their Emods.
ULMS Racing officials will be on hand all weekend
at the Motorsports Expo to answer questions, hand out 2008 schedules. Stop by
the ULMS booth to watch all the videos from the 2007 season. We look forward to
seeing everyone at the Kinzua Outdoor Show and or at the Olean Center Mall for
the 26th Annual R&R Motorsports Expo.
Fans are reminded the 2008 ULMS Racing Series
season kicks off on March 29 at Mercer Raceway Park with the inaugural event of
the new United Emod Series (UEMS). The United Late Model Series opener for the
super late models will be April 26 at McKean County Raceway.
